Marie as Hex Maniac / Helena from Pokémon series (Palette made today)

Wouldn't be surprised of someone else has made this idea before but I haven't seen it.
Dust bunny is a Duskull, hilgard is a Haunter, her vacuum is a Sableye. Chose these Pokémon because they are commonly used by her in trainer battles.

While in THE HOLE IDEA transfer one OPPONENT buff to self every 3/2/1 second. If a buff is transferred, next hit is UNBLOCKABLE and STUNS for 2 seconds.

Signature Ability 2:
Every third MOVE refunds its METER or SPECIAL COOLDOWN by 70/80/90%.

Very cool idea. Peacock is already quite spammy, and has innate Special Move refresh from Marquee, so the Special Move CDR of SA2 feels a bit redundant. I don't think we have a Peacock which focuses heavily on BBs, so maybe change SA2 to focus entirely on that aspect. Might even make Lenny a lot more viable, given that you stun the opponent with The Hole Idea.

As for her SA2, I especially wanted to include Special Moves too to make her a little more gimmicky. Because Blockbuster refunds are more worthwhile this will encourage users to think in what order they want to use their moves so they can get the best result. They can utilize special moves to refund METER faster or they might just not use Special Moves at all. Also, as for a BB based Peacock we have Deal Breaker, maybe you could add Ultraviolent too as she gains HASTE.

SIGNATURE ABILITY: Bombalic Allergy
1. BOMB SUMMON MOVES grant Peacock ARMOR and UNFLINCHING for 5/7/10 sec. ARMOR is removed when getting HIT.
2. If Peacock’s BOMBS deal more than 20/15/10% of MAX HEALTH of the opponent, opponents will suffer from DEATH MARK and ARMOR BREAK for 10 seconds each. Also there’s 5% chance to instantly kill the opponent if its suffering from DEATH MARK.

Sig1 - Gain 3 stacks of BLESSING and 10/20/30% BB meter every 30 seconds. If FIRE and AIR fighters are in the team, the buff duration applied to herself will increase by 3 seconds.

Sig2 - When using BB, convert 1 BLESSING into other RAMDOM BUFF for 5/7/10 seconds.

2: Every time you use a BLOCKBUSTER, lose 20/15/10% HP and speed up the SA1 timer by 4/7/10 seconds
SA could be more unique, don't even know if the "speed up SA1 timer" can happen so take that with a grain of salt.

SIGNATURE ABILITY: The Real Wish
1. When SPAWNING or DETONATING a tear, DRAIN 5% of BLOCKBUSTER METER and 3% of opponent’s MAX HEALTH. Also inflict DEATH MARK and GUARD BREAK for 10 seconds each.
2. When at least 1 TEAR is on the ARENA, and opponent is suffering from GUARD BREAK, every 20 COMBO-HIT made by the opponent or Parasoul with a 15% will inflict 15 sec. PERM. DOOM. DOOM is removed when tagging out or defeated.
