SIGNATURE ABILITY: SOUND SPEED

(SA1) Receives EVASION and HASTE for 5/7/10 seconds when using a SPECIAL MOVE or a BLOCKBUSTER

(SA2) After accumulating 3 stacks of EVASION, exchange them by inflicting 2 stacks of permanent SLOW on the opponent. The damage for all SPECIAL MOVES and BLOCKBUSTERS increase in 15/30/25% for each SLOW active on the opponent.



[Version 2 — The Most Daring]
• This one would only happen if the devs manage to change Filia's color map and if they find a way to change the game speed without messing the frame rate.

SIGNATURE ABILITY: SOUND SPEED

(SA1) After each 20 seconds passed in game, gains HASTE for 15 seconds. While benefitting from HASTE, DEBUFF timers and SPECIAL MOVE refreshing time takes less than 10/6/3 seconds to pass;

(SA2) Using BLOCKBUSTERS inflict SLOW. The game speed, except by Filia's speed, is reduced by 3/4/5% by each stack of SLOW active on the opponent.

**ANNIE — SWORD STAR**

SIGNATURE ABILITY: THREE SWORDS TECHNIQUE

(SA1) Upon activating STAR POWER at full meter, inflicts ARMOR BREAK, GUARD BREAK and DEATH MARK on the opponent for 5/7/10 seconds;

(SA2) While in STAR POWER, hits have an extra 15/20/25% chance to be CRITICAL.

(SA1) DEBUFF effects have 25/35/50% chance of not working against Annie;

(SA2) While suffering from any DEBUFFS, SPECIAL MOVES and BLOCKBUSTERS cannot be fatal against Annie, and NORMAL HITS will deal 20/25/30% less damage.



(I would also call this one "Wednesday Show" to fit better with Annie and her actress career, but I liked this name too.)
